Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rangu Online ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register. One account per individual is permitted. You must not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of someone else without authorisation.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it with anyone.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not impersonate another person or entity.
• Do not create accounts using false identities or fraudulent information.

Artist & Artwork Listings

Artists are solely responsible for the accuracy of their artwork descriptions, pricing, dimensions, and images. Rangu Online does not verify the authenticity or originality of listed artworks.

By listing an artwork, you represent and warrant that you are the original creator or have full legal rights to sell the work, and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

• All artwork images must accurately represent the physical work.
• Prices must be listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Artworks must not contain offensive, obscene, or prohibited content.
• Artists are responsible for safe and timely delivery of sold artworks.

Orders & Transactions

All transactions on Rangu Online are between buyers and artists directly. Rangu Online facilitates the connection but is not a party to the sale contract.

Orders once confirmed are binding. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the individual artist's stated policy. In case of a dispute, Rangu Online may, at its discretion, mediate but is not obligated to do so.

Rangu Online is not responsible for artwork damage during shipping, delays in delivery, or any losses arising from the fulfilment of orders.

Intellectual Property

All content on Rangu Online — including logos, design, text, code, and platform structure — is the intellectual property of Rangu Online and protected by applicable Indian copyright law.

Artists retain full ownership of their uploaded artworks. By uploading, you grant Rangu Online a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote your artwork on the Platform and associated marketing channels.

You must not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from Rangu Online.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Rangu Online and may result in immediate account termination:

• Posting artworks or content you do not own or have rights to.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or artists.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Posting spam, phishing links, or misleading information.
• Scraping or data-mining the Platform without written permission.
• Circumventing fees or directing transactions off-platform to avoid commissions.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Rangu Online is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rangu Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Rangu Online in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
